Job description

As a Mortgage Sales Executive, you will deliver outstanding service both on the phone and via written communication with key mortgage brokers to build strong relationships. You will work with Account Managers to drive sales and ensure that KPIs are met.

We are looking for someone to:

• Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing exceptional customer service regarding product and criteria information.
• Support Account Managers by making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales and support the delivery of Account Plans.
• Provide regular feedback from brokers and market insights to Account Managers to help identify new opportunities.
• Identify intermediary needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings.
• Present a professional image of the company to ensure a positive broker experience throughout their journey.
• Manage relationships, promote the company's products and services, and immerse oneself in the company's policies, procedures, and culture to represent the company effectively at all levels with intermediary partners.

Qualifications

• Mortgage experience is essential.
• Experience in telephony sales with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker.
• Experience handling inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing emails/inboxes.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills.
