The role offers a basic salary of £34,000 with an OTE of £100,000+ and a comprehensive benefits package. You will support clients and work closely with property teams to maximise opportunities and ensure compliant advisory processes.

Qualifications

• CeMAP-qualified mortgage adviser with strong understanding of FCA compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to convert warm enquiries into completed business.
• Strong client relationship skills to encourage repeat business and referrals.
