Mortgage Advice Bureau in Brighton is seeking a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our expanding team. You will chat with clients, assess mortgage and protection needs, and provide expert, honest advice across a range of products while guiding them through the home-buying journey.

CeMAP qualified or equivalent is essential, with previous mortgage advising experience. Flexible hybrid working, uncapped commission, and strong support will help you build a successful, compliant advisory practice.

Earnings: Competitive + Uncapped Commission OTE £50-60K + Full Support

We're on the lookout for a passionate, people-focused Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing team with our market leading broker in the Brighton area.

In addition to some leads being provided, you will need to be able to source your own customers and introducers and not be reliant on the firm to support you all the time with leads!

What You'll Be Doing

• Chatting with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
• Offering expert, honest advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
• Guiding people through the home-buying journey - and making it less scary!
• Staying on top of market changes and lender criteria.

What We're Looking For

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent, must have)
• Previous experience in mortgage advising
• Great communicator and genuinely good with people.
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload.
