Key Responsibilities

1. Provide high standards of professional advice and recommendations on mortgage and protection products.
2. Oversee each application through to completion and liaise with administrators and other departments.
3. Gather sufficient information to identify customer’s needs.
4. Build rapport with customers and follow up on all leads.
5. Ensure all relevant documents have been completed in a timely manner.

What are we looking for:

1. Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
2. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
3. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and expectations.
4. Professional and flexible attitude, driven and passionate about mortgages & protection.
5. Subject to a DBS Check.
