Job summary

Cotswold Financial Solutions Ltd, a Partner Practice of St. James's Place Wealth Management, is seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join its established team in Chipping Norton.

You will provide professional, compliant mortgage and protection advice, building trusted client relationships from enquiry to completion and growing your own client bank with leads and support. Hybrid/flexible working is available, with an employed package including a realistic OTE £65,000-£70,000.

Qualifications

• Qualified mortgage adviser with CeMAP 1–3 or equivalent.
• Experience providing regulated mortgage advice and protection guidance.
• Strong knowledge of lenders, products and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs.
• Complete fact-finds and affordability assessments, research products.
• Manage applications through to completion and maintain records.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors and professionals; build client relationships.
• Develop own client bank with leads from the business.
