Job summary

Maxwell Mortgage Services is seeking motivated Mortgage & Protection Advisers to join their team. This self-employed role allows you to work remotely while meeting occasionally in Folkestone.

You can build your own client bank with commission splits starting at 70/30, retain 100% of broker fees, and enjoy extensive support from an established mortgage broker. Experience in mortgage & protection advice is essential, with flexible proximity to the Folkestone office for development.

Qualifications

• Mortgage and/or financial services industry experience.
• Advising experience preferred, although candidates with significant industry exposure will also be considered.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to generate business through networking, referrals or existing relationships.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes.
• Good understanding of mortgage and protection advice requirements.
