Job summary

Infinity Financial Advice in Stourbridge, West Midlands, are seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join their growing practice on an employed basis. Regular office attendance with hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 at home.

You will provide high-quality mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients, manage estate agency leads, and work with dedicated case managers to maximise your earning potential within a supportive, well-established network.

Qualifications

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified.
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
• Experience writing both mortgage and protection business.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
• Manage and convert estate agency generated leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agency partners.
• Conduct client fact-finds and recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions.
• Manage a busy pipeline of new enquiries, applications and follow-up appointments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with case managers and support staff to ensure positive client outcomes.
• Proactively generate additional opportunities through referrals and existing relationships.

What will you need to succeed?

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


• Excellent organisational and time-management skills


• Comfortable managing multiple cases and competing priorities


• Self-motivated, resilient and commercially driven


• Strong understanding of FCA and regulatory requirements


• Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to Stourbridge regularly
