Job summary

The Finance Family is seeking an experienced self-employed Mortgage & Protection Consultant who can operate remotely, Hybrid, or from office bases. You will earn via a generous 70/30 commission split and have a steady flow of leads from estate agency partnerships.

CeMAP or an equivalent mortgage qualification is required, with full CRM support (Acre) and marketing assistance to help build your client book. You control your schedule and client base while receiving ongoing training and compliance

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification is required.
• Experience building relationships with estate agents and branch-based partnerships is valued.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored advice across residential mortgages, remortgages and buy-to-let lending.
• Offer protection and insurance guidance to clients.
• Grow and manage your own client bank through introducer partnerships.

It’s been a big year for The Finance Family! Following a period of expansion and new estate agency partnerships, we’re looking for an experienced, self-employed Mortgage & Protection Consultant to join our award-winning team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants the freedom of running their own business without the hassle of doing it alone. Much of our business comes through our strong estate agency introducer partnerships, so you’ll have a steady flow of leads from day one. You’ll also have every opportunity to build and grow your own client bank.

We’re especially keen to hear from advisers who have worked closely with estate agents and enjoy building strong relationships in a branch-based environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Giving tailored advice and recommendations across:

• Residential mortgages
• Remortgages
• Buy-to-let lending
• Protection and insurance

You’ll need your CeMAP (or an equivalent recognised mortgage qualification) to be considered.
