Job Title: Mortgage & Protection Adviser Location: Salford - Hybrid Salary: £45,000 basic with a £70,000 OTE—uncapped, with significant potential to exceed this based on performance. Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm About the position of Mortgage & Protection Adviser: We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a high-performing team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your financial services expertise in a role where you'll guide clients through the mortgage process, offering expert, tailored advice that helps them make informed decisions. CeMAP qualified with CAS status ideally, you’ll bring a proven track record in a similar role, along with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Commission structure as follows: Commission on a pro rata basis worked on a cumulative basis throughout the year. £0 - £80,000 10% £80,000 - £120,000 20% £120,000 - £140,000 30% £140,000 and above 35% Responsibilities required for the role of Mortgage & Protection Adviser:

• Working closely with a busy estate agent, dealing with pre-qualified mortgage leads
• Assess clients' financial situations to identify suitable mortgage options
• Provide expert advice on “whole of market” mortgage products
• Providing tailored protection advice including life, critical illness, and income protection
• Liaising with lenders to facilitate/expedite the approval process, offering regular updates to clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
• Working closely with our in-house financial advisor, offering an additional service to clients if required
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and changes in mortgage regulations
• Working with attention to detail, maintaining high compliance standards under FCA guidelines

Experience required for the role of Mortgage & Protection Adviser:

• Proven track record within a similar role
• CeMap qualified, ideally with CAS status
• Results driven, able to find solutions
• Customer focused, with excellent communication skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Pro-active and motivated approach
