Job summary

The Mortgage & Company is seeking a Full Time Mortgage & Protection Administrator to join our Sutton Coldfield-based Financial Services Division. The role focuses on administering and ensuring compliance for mortgage applications, interfacing with clients, lenders, insurers and solicitors to keep processes on track.

The successful candidate will be based at our Sutton Coldfield office and should have excellent organisational and communication skills, with proficiency in Word/Office and Excel,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Mortgage & Protection Market preferred.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Conversant in Microsoft Word/Office and Excel; CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing administration and compliance support to Mortgage Advisers; liaising with clients, lenders, insurers and solicitors to ensure mortgage completes smoothly.
• Requesting customer documentation and ensuring documents are returned correctly; chasing and collating all details.
• Ensuring relevant case notes and documents are provided to all parties.
• Carrying out compliance checks to ensure mandatory documents are present and correct.
• Track and manage the mortgage application to completion; keep client and adviser updated.
