Job summary

RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS FOR BUSINESS (UK) LTD is seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to provide administrative and sales support to financial advisers and their teams. You will ensure FCA-compliant documents and liaise with lenders, solicitors and clients from initial submission through to offer.

The role includes handling mortgage progression, ensuring best product selection for clients, and driving customer service excellence with a 5-star standard.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Well-spoken with excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Confident telephone manner and ability to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Checking files to ensure all documents provided are compliant, under FCA regulations.
• Liaise between lenders, solicitors, advisers and clients.
• Acting as the main point of contact for mortgage progression through to offer.
• Ensuring the products selected remain the best for our client.
• Follow up and chase Mortgage Reviews.
• Organising calls for clients due for a remortgage to retain existing business.
• Generate 5 star google reviews.
