Nationwide is offering a Customer & Service Excellence Industrial Placement – Mortgages in Swindon and other UK locations. The role provides hands-on experience within the Mortgages function of the Intermediaries and Partnerships team, focusing on customer service, decision‑making, market insight and relationship management.

You’ll spend two days per week at Swindon/Northampton/Bournemouth offices, with hybrid working wherever possible and a strong emphasis on learning and development.
