Job summary
Saffron Building Society is seeking a Customer Service Advisor - Mortgages to support existing mortgage members with retention options and to manage inquiries by phone and email. You will produce mortgage illustrations, issue offers, and keep cases progressing in a collaborative team environment.
Hybrid working is available after training, with a greater office presence required early on. Prior mortgage or financial services experience is advantageous but not essential; strong customer service,
Qualifications
- Mortgage illustrations, issuing offers and keeping cases progressing.
- Processing product switches and retention administration accurately.
- Completing scripted, non-advised interactions around retention options and contract variations.
- Identifying when customers may need advice or additional support and referring them appropriately.
- Working collaboratively to deliver positive customer outcomes.
