The Package:

East London

Hours Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, No Weekends with work from home!

The Position:

1. Selling the most appropriate mortgage package and associated assurance products
2. Offering advice to all clients seeking to purchase a property, qualifying the client’s potential to secure finance
3. Explaining the various mortgages available and making sure the client understands the differences between variable, fixed, capped and discounted rates
4. Providing a detailed estimate of cost, identifying all up-front and monthly payments
5. Ensuring the clients circumstances meet the lenders criteria

About you:

1. 1-2 years’ previous experience with mortgages and a full CeMAP qualification are essential.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills
3. High attention to detail
4. Successful track record within mortgages in the property industry
5. Full CeMAP qualification
