Job summary

AWD online is seeking a Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager in the Exeter area to drive post-application activity and coordinate with brokers, lenders, solicitors and surveyors. You will own the client journey from submission to completion and maintain accurate CRM records with proactive case progression.

The role supports remote and hybrid working with initial training from the Exeter Office, and offers a bonus structure including a company bonus and birthday day off.

Qualifications

• Previous mortgage industry experience, gained as a broker, case manager or underwriter.
• Strong client-service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mortgage Application Processing: Accurately input mortgage applications into lender systems and upload supporting documents.
• Pipeline Management: Manage mortgage and finance applications through to completion.
• Client Communication: Keep customers updated in writing and by phone throughout the post-application process.
• Third-Party Liaison: Work with mortgage companies, solicitors and surveyors to progress cases.
• Client Journey Oversight: Help deliver a smooth, professional client service experience.
• CRM Record Keeping: Record interactions and activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Broker Support: Support 6 brokers with case progression and administration.
