Role Overview

You’ll support senior brokers with complex mortgage applications involving high-net-worth clients and specialist lenders.

This role is a career starter: full training, exposure to large deals, funded CeMAP qualification, and progression to a Mortgage Broker earning £100k+ if desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage applications from submission to completion, liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and brokers.
• Assist with case packaging, research, and fact-finding on complex cases.
• Handle high-net-worth cases discreetly and efficiently.
• Monitor pipelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Own communication and documentation throughout the process.
• Learn from top brokers to prepare for a future in sales and advice.
