About the Mortgage Brokerage

The Mortgage Broker Role

As a specialist New Build Mortgage Broker, it will be your responsibility to assist clients in securing the best mortgage product that is tailored to their specific needs and financial circumstances, and maintain excellent relationship with New build sites.

You’ll receive booked in appointments that have been pre-qualified by the customer support team, you will also have a dedicated administration team to support each of your cases post application.

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients seeking new build mortgages

• Build and maintain relationships with new build sites making monthly visits to your clients
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility for new build mortgage products.
• Analyse and compare mortgage products from various lenders.
• Stay up to date with new build regulations, financing programs, and market trends to provide the most relevant and accurate guidance to clients.
