Mortgage Broker Opportunity with Award-Winning Brokerage

We are an award-winning brokerage seeking a new Mortgage Broker to join our team on either an Employed or Self-Employed basis.

We are the leading UK broker specializing in Self Build and Development funding.

This role is suited for an experienced broker looking for a new challenge, wanting to expand their knowledge, and having the opportunity to earn more while working for a market-leading firm with a great team.

The position can be home-based; however, the candidate must commit to the first 4-6 weeks being fully office-based during our internal training program.

Compensation:

Employed: Basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £85,000.

Self-Employed: Average case size across the team in 2024 was £4,097 (mortgage and broker fee only). Expected net earnings are approximately £120,000.
