Job summary

Mortgage Advice Bureau in Treorchy is seeking a self-employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our high-street branch with a Cardiff hub support. You’ll have access to a large back book from day one, with a hybrid working model combining shop, hub, and home-based diary management.

We offer a retainer with a high-split, uncapped commission, and potential equity stake for the right candidate. You’ll deliver compliant mortgage advice, grow new and existing client relationships, and benefit

Qualifications

• Fully CeMAP Qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven track record as a successful Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the freedom of being self-employed while leveraging a trusted brand.
• Self-motivated and driven.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compliant, and regulated mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
• Mine and nurture our extensive 20-year client back book to identify remortgage, moving, and protection opportunities.
• Capitalize on walk-in business and local leads generated via Treorchy high-street presence.
• Deliver an exceptional, end-to-end customer experience, building long-term relationships that generate referrals.
