OTE £40k

We are looking for an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.

You should be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
• Attracting new clients and business, and achieving professional goals in a results-oriented environment
• Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, advising on various products and services to meet their needs
• Participating in regular branch meetings to share best practices and foster relationships

Skills and experience required:

• CeMap or equivalent industry qualification
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven setting

• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
