Blakemore Recruitment is recruiting for a qualified Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser to join a mortgage brokerage in London. On offer are hot mortgage leads on a daily basis, a family-like team atmosphere, excellent commissions, and admin support.

Main Duties:

1. As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, ideally with CAS, you will work alongside an existing team of office-based mortgage brokers, offering whole market advice to new and existing clients on all aspects of mortgages.
2. You will work with the existing team, receiving new quality leads daily from various sources.
3. Leads and admin support are provided, enabling you to focus on advising clients.
4. The average mortgage loan size you will handle is approximately £350,000.

Key Skills:

1. Full CeMAP (or equivalent) is essential, along with CAS, to provide professional, regulated, and compliant mortgage advice. However, applications demonstrating ability to conduct regulated fact finds and past mortgage advice experience may also be considered.
2. Disciplined, committed, and motivated individuals are preferred. Applications from tied, independent, or banking mortgage environments will be considered if there is a strong sales track record.
3. A clean credit history, with no complaints or criminal convictions, is essential.
