LJ Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our Gosport team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will assess clients' mortgage needs, explain options, and recommend suitable products in line with regulatory requirements.

You will manage cases from enquiry to completion, build strong client relationships, liaise with lenders and solicitors, and contribute to local business development activities. The role offers growth within a supportive, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification or an equivalent recognised mortgage advice qualification - essential.
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser.
• Strong knowledge of UK residential mortgage products and brokerage processes.
• Knowledge of protection products and personal finance solutions.
• Experience working within a regulated financial services environment.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join the team on a full-time, office-based basis in Gosport.

You will work directly with clients to understand their financial circumstances, assess their mortgage requirements, explain available options, and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products in line with regulatory requirements.

You will manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion, building strong relationships with clients and working closely with lenders, insurers, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the process.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Full CeMAP qualification or an equivalent recognised mortgage advice qualification - essential.
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser.
• Strong knowledge of UK residential mortgage products and brokerage processes.
• Knowledge of protection products and personal finance solutions.
• Experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
