Job summary

Howden is a global insurance group seeking qualified Mortgage Advisors across the UK, including Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol and Scotland. You will provide mortgage advice, assess client circumstances, and guide applications from start to finish while maintaining FCA-compliant records and delivering outstanding client outcomes.

This role offers ongoing training, development and clear career progression in a collaborative, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience advising on mortgages and familiarity with regulated environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-first approach with attention to detail and ability to manage a busy pipeline.
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment with compliance awareness.
• Commercial mindset with ability to grow business and client base.

We're looking for qualified Mortgage Advisors to join our growing team, with opportunities available across Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol and Scotland.
