Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualifications required.
• Recent experience advising on residential mortgages.
• Confident discussing protection with clients.

• Office-based 2–3 days/week with weekend rotation.
• Experience in introducer/network environments.
• Experience building referral networks.
• Experience with marketing, events and social media.

• Advise first-time buyers, movers, remortgage clients and landlords on mortgages and protection.
• Own your cases from first conversation to completion, keeping clients in the loop.
• Work with lenders, insurers, solicitors and estate agents to keep things moving.
• Build local referral relationships and help grow your own pipeline.
