Potential earnings: £36,000 - £70,000 Per Annum.

Role and responsibilities

1. Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, via various methods such as face to face, video and telephone.
2. Manage the entire application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
5. As a self-employed Adviser, you will be building your own business, giving you control over your role and your earnings.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser (1 year required), with a track record of successful client outcomes.
2. CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
5. Preferably based in or near the Bristol area for office collaboration.
6. Delivery of satisfactory compliance and quality requirements.
