Core day-to-day duties will include:

1. Managing customer enquiries and following up on leads promptly
2. Managing the mortgage advice process from start to finish
3. Conducting thorough fact finds, carrying out product research, and providing suitable recommendations
4. Exploring clients' longer-term protection needs and guiding them through a full suite of products and services
5. Building outstanding client rapport to achieve high levels of protection conversion, generating positive reviews, and securing future business
6. Building and nurturing relationships with clients who value quality service
7. Obtaining referrals and maximising new business opportunities alongside provided leads
8. Having access to the whole of market mortgage advice and handling cases independently with administrative support
9. Enjoying varied and flexible working options, with an expectation to spend at least one day per week in the office
