Responsibilities

• Engage with people from all walks of life. Hold conversations to establish their needs and wants.
• Communicate effectively through email, phone, face‑to‑face, and video for our social channels.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers to capitalize on opportunities and ensure high‑level customer service.
• Collaborate with peers and the wider network to identify referral opportunities and provide expert mortgage and protection advice.
• Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable protection products.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and lenders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Current CeMAP qualification or an equivalent industry qualification.
• Experience in mortgage and protection advising.

Application Requirements

• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
• Evidence of right to work: passport or birth certificate.
• Proof of address, National Insurance number, and full UK driving licence.
• Subject to passing a probationary period.
