Bridgfords in Newcastle-upon-Tyne is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our expanding team. You will provide clear, compliant mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client, building lasting relationships and maximising lead opportunities with our branch network.

We offer an attractive package with OTE £60K+ uncapped commission, full administrative support, ongoing training and clear career progression into senior and management roles within a growing regional team.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Proven track record in mortgage and protection sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, professional and target-driven approach.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
