We have a unique opportunity to join a longstanding firm looking to expand in 2025. Mortgage Wise offers a full remote work model with Zoom and telephone support directly from the business director.

They are seeking an experienced and trustworthy Mortgage Adviser to service their existing client bank. This role offers flexibility and is ideal for the right candidate.

Your duties will include:

1. Providing high-quality and professional Mortgage & Protection advice to the existing client bank.
2. Conducting effective fact-finds to understand clients’ finances and future goals.
3. Working closely with the firm's principal.
4. Maintaining general knowledge of the Financial Services industry and relevant updates.
5. Engaging regularly with the firm's director for feedback and updates.

Candidate Requirements:

1. CeMAP or relevant Mortgage Qualification.
2. Strong customer service skills and client-oriented approach.
3. Experience in remote selling.
4. Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
5. Excellent communication skills at all levels.
6. Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
7. Basic salary up to £28,000, with OTE £50K+ (uncapped).
8. 25 Days Holiday.
9. Pension – Auto Enrolment.
10. Fully remote, flexible working.
