The Mortgage Experts invites experienced mortgage professionals to join as an independent advisor backed by a full support ecosystem. You’ll receive structured onboarding, coaching, and a proven Success Blueprint to build a high-performing mortgage business.

You’ll access a dedicated admin team, marketing materials, and a client-facing CRM with sourcing tools, helping you stand out locally as a trusted mortgage expert while growing your own brand.

Qualifications

• CeMAP-certified mortgage broker with proven advisory experience.
• Ability to build trust with clients and position yourself as a local expert.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and protection options.

Responsibilities

• Build and run your own mortgage advisory business under guidance.
• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Support clients through every step of the mortgage journey with dedicated admin support.

• Training: Structured onboarding and induction, plus a proven step-by-step Success Blueprint providing the systems, processes and strategies to build a successful mortgage business.
• Support: Access to a dedicated mortgage administration team supporting you and your clients at every stage. You'll also benefit from coaching and mentoring, bi-weekly live team sessions, and in-person events throughout the year.
• Tools and Technology: Access to market-leading platforms, including a client-facing CRM designed to enhance productivity, with built-in sourcing functionality.

• Experienced mortgage broker with CeMAP
  We help mortgage advisors start and grow their own business and personal brand. Part of The Experts Group of over 250 entrepreneurs across the property industry (residential and commercial sales, lettings, auctions, mortgages and recruitment).
  Complete five mortgages per month and earn £8,000 per month (£96,000 per year).
• Receive 80% of the fees generated. Based on an average case value of £2,000.
