PRIMIS Mortgage Network, part of LSL Property Services plc, is seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory operation in Wallsend. The role offers a base salary circa £30,000 - £35,000 with potential for self-employed arrangements if preferred.

The role can be office-based or hybrid, with a busy portfolio and opportunities arising from both EA and FS streams. The AR network supports broad advisory services across multiple channels.

Mortgage Advisor - Employed - Wallsend

The mortgage business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation.

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business that co owns an Independant Agency businesses in Wallsend. The mortgage business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation. The business is a busy and productive as a result of both the EA and FS business being long established meaning a host of both new business opportunities as well as opportunities with existing customers.

Base salary DOE and negotiable but circa £30,000 - £35,000.

Self employed will be considered should the right candidate prefer this option.

We are specifically looking for a CAS existing Mortgage and Protection Broker.

The role is either office based or hybrid.

The role cannot be compared to that of corporate linked Financial Services linked to Estate Agency - no micro management here.
