Our multiple award-winning client is seeking an experienced Secured Loan Advisor to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with a background in secured loans or similar sales environments to take the next step in their career. This opportunity offers hybrid working and flexible hours to support work-life balance. The salary package ranges from £35,000 (DOE) with an OTE of up to £65,000+, in addition to further opportunities for professional development within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers who have applied for secured loans, conducting a full fact-find to understand their financial needs.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls, providing tailored advice and solutions.
• Navigate the financial landscape of each customer to recommend the most suitable secured loan products.
• Deliver impactful sales conversations with in-depth product knowledge, providing clients with well-researched and comprehensive advice.
• Collaborate with lenders and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
• Proactively follow up on leads, chase cases for updates, and ensure the timely progression of all loans.
• Maintain personal performance and deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
• Stay up to date with industry changes, including FCA requirements, to ensure compliance and best practice.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales roles, ideally within an FCA-regulated environment, such as secured loans, mortgages, or other financial services.
• Experience in outbound sales, objection handling, and managing customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial products and the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• A proactive, goal-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work compliantly, adhering to industry regulations and maintaining high ethical standards.
