Starting with a guaranteed minimum salary of up to £50,000 for the first 12 months, you’ll have the potential to increase your earnings year after year.
As you advance in your career and consistently achieve excellent customer outcomes while meeting your KPIs, you’ll have the chance to be promoted to Senior Mortgage Advisor and beyond. Promotions offer increases in base salaries, additional benefits, and enhanced commission rates.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (flexible daily working hours based on workload)
- Saturdays and evenings are required
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
- Upto £50,000 minimum salary guarantee for the first 12 months – dependent on written business
- Annual salary review
- No cold calling or self-generation
- Unlimited leads - provided with 5 pre-qualified appointments each week with an AIP in place

- Minimum of 18 months experience with CAS status and a proven track record in writing business
- Full CeMAP mortgage qualification or equivalent
- Experience with New Homes mortgages is desirable but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Understanding of current compliance regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Full driving license and own car
- Smart, well-presented, and professional appearance
- Outgoing, ambitious, and self-motivated, capable of thriving under pressure
- Responsibilities include arranging mortgage and related insurance products, managing appointments, conducting face-to-face and telephone fact-finds, adhering to regulation guidelines including Money Laundering and GDPR, providing high-quality mortgage advice and customer service, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring documentation is current and accurate.
