Bairstow Eves Estate Agency is looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Norbury. OTE £65k.

We seek an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
• Attracting new customers and business, motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment
• Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, including advising on a range of products and services to meet their needs
• Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build relationships

Skills and experience required:

• Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care and service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
