Job summary

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is seeking a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our Gloucester and Worcester team. This on-site role offers a competitive commission structure with full training and support.

You’ll chat with clients, provide expert mortgage and protection advice, and guide them through the home-buying journey while staying informed about market changes and lender criteria.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Proven experience in mortgage advising.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Chatting with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
• Offering expert, honest advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
• Guiding people through the home-buying journey - and making it less scary!
• Staying on top of market changes and lender criteria.

What We're Looking For:

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) (must have)
• Previous experience in mortgage advising
• Great communicator and genuinely good with people.
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload.
