Job summary

Alf Recruit Limited is seeking a Mortgage Adviser to join our residential and buy-to-let team in the UK. You will work on a commission-driven scheme with a £35,000–£40,000 basic salary and OTE around £70,000, with all leads provided.

The role offers on-site parking, 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays, 24/7 GP access, early finish Fridays, and regular team holidays. You will operate on a whole of market basis, delivering expert advice to clients.
