The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Qualified Mortgage Advisor to join

our growing team in Chester. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1-3 years

of experience looking to further develop their career within a dynamic and supportive

brokerage. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive mortgage advice to a

diverse client base, guiding them through the entire mortgage process with professionalism

and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conducting thorough client fact-finds to understand their financial circumstances and

property goals.

● Providing clear, accurate, and compliant mortgage advice, recommending suitable

mortgage products from a wide range of lenders.

● Assisting clients with the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation

is completed accurately and efficiently.

● Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders.

● Keeping up-to-date with the latest mortgage products, regulations, and market

trends.

● Ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance

procedures.

● Achieving agreed-upon sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of

advice and service.

● Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

● Maintaining accurate client records and using our CRM system effectively.

About You:

● 1-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor, with a proven track record of

providing excellent advice and achieving targets.

● A strong understanding of the UK mortgage market and regulatory landscape.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

● A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping clients.

● Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

● Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

● Proficient in using IT systems and CRM software.

● A full driving license and access to your vehicle may be advantageous.
