This employed Mortgage Advisor job gives you the opportunity to join a dynamic mortgage brokerage based in Chatham.

Our client has a good flow of quality leads which will be provided to you, with little to no need to self-generate. Clients are generated from their professional introducers including IFAs, estate agents and long standing book of existing clients. Their clients have good mortgage sizes, therefore you will be regularly dealing with above average mortgage cases.

You will be joining their small team of 5 consisting of Mortgage Advisors, Administrators and Compliance.

To help you be an effective Mortgage Advisor, you will receive mortgage administration support post application to see the cases through to completion.

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

• You need to have 2+ years experience advising on mortgages with CAS status
• You need to have experience within a mortgage brokerage
• You need to have CeMAP or equivalent
• Strong & clear communicator able to speak with clients at all levels

He is keen to organically grow the business through providing excellent service to clients, ensuring high levels of client retention through focusing on providing personal, quality, and tailored advice to each client.

Mortgage Advisor Benefits

• Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 with OTE of £60,000+
• Alternatively, potential to consider self-employed option with income support whilst building your pipeline
• Working hours of 8.30am 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Working at their office in Chatham parking provided with some hybrid working
• Highly dynamic business continually looking to grow and develop with an excellent team environment
• Annual leave of 20 days + time off between Christmas and New Year + bank holidays
