Job summary

Bright Side Recruitment Ltd is assisting a leading mortgage brokerage in their search for a full-time Mortgage Administrator in Gravesend. This role offers genuine long-term career development within a supportive, busy team.

You will oversee mortgage applications from submission through to completion, keep all parties informed with clear communication, and support the Director with daily case management tasks in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years' mortgage administration experience or similar within a financial environment.
• Experience using a CRM platform is essential (ACRE and/or GoHighLevel advantageous).
• CeMAP Level 1 or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience with Buy to Let mortgage schemes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing mortgage applications from start to finish and keeping clients organized and stress-free.
• Maintain clear, upbeat communication with clients, lenders, underwriters, and solicitors.
• Support the Company Director with daily operational responsibilities – case management focus.
• Handle busy periods with a collaborative, can-do attitude.
