Mortgage Administrator Role at a Reputable Firm

A well-established, highly respected mortgage advice firm with over 15 years of success is seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Submitting cases and applications
2. Managing cases from application to completion
3. Inputting data into the back-office system
4. Reviewing and submitting applications and documentation to lenders and providers
5. Maintaining client management systems, files, and reports
6. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
7. Providing excellent organisation and customer service

The successful candidate will work closely with advisors, clients, and the administration team. We are looking for someone with a positive, encouraging outlook, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to effectively liaise with lenders, clients, and conveyancers to facilitate smooth applications.

This role is available immediately for the right candidate. The basic salary ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, plus quarterly team bonuses. The office is located in South West London, with parking permits available for drivers.
