F S People Ltd represents a leading London mortgage brokerage expanding in 2026. We are seeking an experienced senior mortgage administrator to join the team in London, handling complex and standard cases with focus on accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires a minimum of 2+ years in UK mortgage administration, ideally with HNW exposure, and strong communication skills. Base salary ranges from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, with opportunities as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in mortgage administration within the UK mortgage market.
• Ideal candidate would have experience within the HNW mortgage sector and strong, clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing and submitting mortgage applications
• Deliver an effective and competent level of mortgage administration, resolving and escalating when appropriate
• Discuss cases with lenders and private banks
• Have organisational skills and the ability to work under your own initiative
• Request and ensure receipt of all necessary documentation from the client and check that all information is accurate, up-to-date and in line with the Fact Find and Application Form

We are currently working on behalf of a leading London mortgage brokerage, who specialise in the HNW & uHNW marketplace. The company are expanding in 2026, increasing their capacity in London as well as opening in Zurich & Dubai

They are looking for an experienced senior mortgage administrator to join their team. This role would encompass all usual mortgage administration duties with complex mortgages as well as standard cases .

Pay range and compensation package

The base salary for this role is £40,000 - 50,000 p.a.
