Job summary

UKCIL is seeking two experienced Personal Assistants to support a lady in Morpeth with complex care needs during morning hours. The role involves personal care, transfers and helping the client start the day with dignity.

Willingness to work 30-minute and 45-minute morning calls, with potential extra hours for holidays and sickness, and DBS check provided. £14.67/hr, pro rata holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and manual handling.
• Compassionate, patient and reliable.
• Ability to work well in a small team.
• Willingness to work mornings and follow routines.

Responsibilities

• Provide morning personal care and assist with dressing.
• Assist with transfers bed to wheelchair and safe movement.
• Support morning routines and daily preparation for the day.
• Work alongside a second PA when required.
• Promote comfort, dignity and independence for the client.
