Job summary

UKCIL Ltd. in Morpeth is seeking a caring Personal Care Assistant to support a 25-year-old woman with learning disabilities. The role covers personal care, moving and handling, companionship, and helping with daily activities. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Starting pay is £14.65 per hour, rising to £16.65 after three months, and £18.40 on full competency. Shifts include day and evening hours, with three weekends per month, and on‑going training provided.

Qualifications

• Female applicants only due to personal care needs (Equality Act 2010).
• Must be caring, reliable and positive with a friendly outlook.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle are required.
