• EYFS experience and understanding of the EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Support children through play-based and structured learning activities.
• Assist with phonics, early literacy and numeracy.
• Set up engaging activities and learning resources.
• Observe and contribute to assessments of children's development.
• Support children with additional needs where appropriate.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional development.
• Maintain a safe, clean EYFS environment.
• Work closely with teachers and other staff.
