Job summary

COBS Bread is looking for friendly Bakers to join our early-morning team, sharing the love of fresh bread with the community. You’ll start your day with an empty bakery and help fill it with artisan bread and treats when you leave.

No experience is necessary—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. You’ll bake with a small team, follow recipes, and help deliver a positive customer experience while building skills for your future.

• You are an early riser who can work independently or as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake each morning, following carefully crafted recipes
• Work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and contribute to a great customer experience
• Be responsible for reading production schedules and recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, moulding and shaping dough, and processing everything through the ovens
