Job summary

COBS Bread is seeking personable Bakers to join our teams. You’ll start your day early in a busy bakery, baking fresh bread and treats for the community, learning through hands-on practice and our training programs. You’ll contribute to a welcoming customer experience while mastering recipes and production processes.

No experience is necessary—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn, with opportunities for growth, training, and career development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake each morning, following carefully crafted recipes
• Work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and contribute to a great customer experience
• Be responsible for reading production schedules and recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, moulding and shaping dough, and processing everything through the ovens
