Job summary

NSL Ltd is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Civil Enforcement Officer to patrol streets and car parks, using a moped to enforce parking regulations and assist the public. The role requires a CBT or motorcycle licence and a confident, professional approach to dealing with people outdoors in all weather.

The position involves reporting issues, working with local authorities and staying calm under pressure while representing NSL in the community. Training and uniform are provided.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism.
• Using a moped to carry out enforcement duties in your area.
• Providing clear and helpful information to the public.
• Advising on safe and appropriate parking and enforcing regulations.
• Issuing Penalty Charge Notices where vehicles are parked incorrectly.
• Reporting abandoned vehicles and other issues to the authorities.
• Working with local authorities and councils to support enforcement.
• Representing NSL positively in the community.
