Additional Resources Ltd is seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant for a 3-month fixed-term contract within a finance and regulatory reporting team for a leading foreign bank. The role involves month-end close, reporting, UAT, and audits, with a daily rate of £450–£550 and benefits.

You will support timely month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and auditor documentation while contributing to financial control during the core banking system project.

Qualifications

• Month-end close experience is required.
• Experience with reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and adjustments.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with timely month-end close.
• Preparing and reviewing reconciliations, accruals and prepayments.
• Processing depreciation and other accounting adjustments.
• Producing daily financial accounts and reports.
• Supporting weekly financial reporting.
• Reviewing financial performance, movements and variances.
• Investigating discrepancies and resolving reporting issues.
• Taking part in UAT for a core banking system project.
• Checking financial reports, entries and system outputs.
• Supporting Financial Control during testing and implementation.
• Providing information and schedules for auditors.
