Job summary

Mill Cottage Montessori School in Brighouse is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our caring team. This role offers full-time or part-time hours, immediate start, and a Montessori-friendly environment that supports independence and curiosity.

You will provide high-quality care and education, plan learning indoors and outdoors, build warm relationships with children and families, and work with a supportive team to safeguard and nurture every child's development.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised, full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Have a genuine passion for working with young children.
• Be caring, reliable, enthusiastic and committed to high-quality early education.
• Have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Be willing to develop your understanding of Montessori education and practice.
• Montessori experience would be an advantage, but a willingness to learn is just as important.
