Seeking a Monitoring Specialist to support live broadcast operations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of high-profile livestreams. This role involves daily broadcast monitoring, issue escalation, partner support, and light project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor 4–5 live broadcasts daily, ensuring quality and uptime
• Set up and support streams with external partners
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• Collaborate with Technical Analysts, Engineers, and Production teams
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide regular status updates
• Manage small projects (approx. 20% of role)
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Operations and Partnerships

Must-Have Skills:

• Project coordination or technical support background
• Bonus: fluency in French, Italian, or Portuguese

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in high-touch partner support
• Familiarity with broadcast pipelines, streaming software, and post-production workflows
